Important Information
- There is a 6 hour minimum booking for Saturday events from May through October. There is a 4 hour minimum event booking for all other dates.
- All event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract.
- Dates for event bookings can not be held without a deposit and contract.
- Bookings are at a location of your selection. Please make sure photography is permitted at your location and that you take care of any associated fees or permits.
- Travel fees will be added for all travel over 1 hour from our home office in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. City locations may require additional fees for parking, transportation and/or tolls.
- While we do not require a meal to be provided for our photographers, if a meal is not offered for bookings over 4 hours, a 1 hour paid break will occur in your coverage time to allow the photographers to stay healthy and be able to provide you with the best service possible.
- There is a minimum of 6 weeks turn around time on processing images. If images are needed sooner, please discuss this in advance and note that a rush fee may be required.
